(阿姆斯特丹,2024年12月10日)Stellantis集团和宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司(下称“宁德时代”)今日宣布:双方已达成协议,将投资高达41亿欧元成立一家合资企业,在西班牙萨拉戈萨建设一座大型磷酸铁锂电池工厂。工厂将按照完全碳中和的标准设计,投资计划将有序逐步实施。

该工厂计划于2026年年底在Stellantis集团位于西班牙萨拉戈萨的制造基地开始生产,年产能可达50吉瓦时,具体取决于欧洲电动汽车市场的发展以及西班牙政府和欧盟的持续支持。这家由宁德时代和Stellantis集团分别持有50%股份的合资公司将提升Stellantis集团在欧洲一流的磷酸铁锂电池优势,助力其在中等续航的B级车和C级车细分市场提供更优质、更耐用、更经济实惠的电动轿车、跨界车和SUV。

2023年11月,Stellantis集团和宁德时代签署了一份非约束性谅解备忘录,旨在为Stellantis集团在欧洲的电动汽车制造提供本地化的磷酸铁锂电池电芯和模组,并在两个战略方向建立长期合作:制定大胆的技术路线图以支持Stellantis集团先进纯电动汽车的发展;积极探索新的合作机会以进一步提升电池价值链。

宁德时代在德国和匈牙利新建的两座工厂已投入运营,正将先进的电池制造技术带到欧洲。本次宣布的西班牙工厂将有助于提升宁德时代支持客户实现气候目标的技术能力,进一步彰显其在推动欧洲和全球市场电动出行和能源转型方面的承诺。


Stellantis集团正在采用双化学体系的多元化能源电池路线——即三元锂电池和磷酸铁锂电池来服务所有客户,并正积极探索创新的电池电芯和电池包技术。Stellantis集团计划在2038年成为一家净零碳排放企业,若包含其所有直接和间接碳排放,届时仅有个位数百分比的碳排放需要碳补偿。


取决于惯例性监管条件及审批,预计本交易将于2025年年内完成交割。
